Thyme
Thyme is an aromatic evergreen herb with a mint and clove fragrance. It is small, stiff and woody and has small, oval green leaves. Often used for stuffing and goes well paired with lamb and veal; it adds a subtle minty flavour to dishes. Grown in Italy 12 months of the year.
